We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, Dr. Haeker will review your chiropractic and medical history. For diagnosis, he will perform a new patient exam. From there, he will present you with his report of findings. We will then proceed with a treatment plan.
For a shorter time in the waiting room, please fill out the New Patient Form that will be e-mailed to you upon scheduling and submit it to us before your visit. If you choose to wait and fill out your new patient paperwork in the office before your appointment, please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early so that your appointment may begin on time without intruding on other patient’s appointments.
